ISEF Rules and Guidelines  

ALL STUDENTS WILL USE THE FOLLOWING FORMS:
1 - ADULT CHECKLIST  (YOUR TEACHER)
1A - STUDENT CHECKLIST AND RESEARCH PLAN INSTRUCTIONS
1B- PERMISSION FORM (PARENT AND STUDENT) 
       **NOTE: ALL SIGNATURES MUST BE SIGNED IN BLUE INK
             **ADDITIONAL FORMS MAY BE NEEDED. (SEE RULES WIZARD BELOW)


 
 DOCUMENT LIBRARY  (ISEF FORMS)  Please type and print.  (Forms 1, 1A, 1B, 2, etc,)**
  Note:  All Students will need forms 1, 1A, 1B    (forms are interactive, please type and print).  


   **RESEARCH PLAN INSTRUCTIONS    (Research Plan MUST be typed and attached to Form 1A)  Also, see template below.

 Understanding Material Safety Data Sheets     Safety Data Sheets are not risk assessments, but help you better understand the risk of materials you may be using.   A data sheet should be created and included with your research,   This link will give you a template for creating the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS).
